Introduction

Welcome to the Specularis, friend. It's good to see a new face around here. I'm the bartender here, can I get you a drink? On the house for newcomers.

Tell me about yourself. How was your trip into the dreamverse? What was the world you created like? Any good foods? How 'bout your friends?

The way to do this is pretty easy: just copy the short form into a comment and then write as if your character were answering these questions. Title your first comment with Character - Series - OU/AU. If you're character is an AU, we'd appreciate it if you could incorporate a link into your tag to a background source. The character can describe their world, friends, family, and other things, their experiences in a previous game or world and anything else you might fancy. If your character is adverse to these sort of things icly, feel free to have them lie (just make it obvious in their thoughts) or pretend a drink encouraged them to open up.


<strong>Name:</strong> moniker here please<br /><strong>Age:</strong> Self explanatory, though we require at least 18 years of age<br /><strong>Contact:</strong> your journal and whatever else you decide note: we will need at least one method of contacting you outside of dw: aim email et ctra.<br /><strong>Character Series:</strong> What series your character is from.<br /><strong>Character Name: </strong>Your characters name. If they go by any aliases please list them, but make sure it's clear which one is the real name so we can make the tag. If the name is spoilery, such as L's real name from Death Note, state which one you'd rather for organization.

[So this seemed like a place with people and in this place full of adults who were not his brother Kotaro was lost. He had been walking around the city for a bit and now he was tired. He didn't know what kind of place this was but no one stopped him going in and he clambered up onto one of the stools and gave the man who offered him a drink a huge smile.]

Do you sell juice?

[The bartender leans against the bar, both elbows on the surface.]

Sure we do. We get anything we want in here. [Mercer leaned in just a bit conspiratorially.] What's your poison? You look like an apple type to me.

[Kotaro's eyes lit up in delight.] Apple juice is my most favourite!

[Then his face dropped.] Oh but I don't have any money. [That was something you needed to buy things with right...]

[perspec_mercer]

Don't worry about it. On the house. [Mercer grinned at the boy and straightened up to get that apple juice.

The apple juice came in a little carton with a straw, so he got three of them and juggled them for a moment before setting them down in front of Kotaro.]

[So on the house meant free... Kotaro remembered that, or tried to. He was soon distracted with the juggling, his face lit up.]

Wow! You're amazing! [And straw goes in carton and in mouth and Kotaro is quiet for a few moments while he drinks the juice.]

I know a few things.

[Mercer reached out like he was going to grab Kotaro's ear- instead he pulled back a doughnut.]

Looks like you're growing pastries.

[babysage]

[Oh look who just became Kotaro's new best friend. He clapped his hands together, eyes shining with delight.] Woow!

[perspec_mercer]

[Mercer set the doughnut down and leaned against the bar again.] So, young man, how are you settling down here?

[babysage]

[Kotaro's grin drooped a little and he rested his chin on his hands] My brothers not here.
